Steven has been a Real Estate Agent since 2021. As a part-time agent, Steven’s focus is on leasing activities to military and handling property management.

 

Kevin Yang

Principal Broker

Kevin has extensive experience in real estate financing, development and brokerage operations. Most recently, Kevin spearheaded the sale of the 218-unit Ladera Towers, together with Christopher Felix of Century 21 Realty Management. Formerly a banker and an appraiser, he was involved in financing multi-million dollars commercial estate, hotels and residential properties.

Kevin’s area of expertise includes:

Chae Sun Yang

Real Estate Sales Agent

Chae works closely with Kevin in selling and renting residential properties. Born and educated in Seoul, Chae handles mostly investors from South Korea. Most recently, Chae spearheaded the sale of the 218-unit Ladera Towers.

 

Richard Bong Kim

Partner, Associate Broker

General brokerage & escrow for residential, commercial, and land properties. Broad knowledge and experience in investing in military rental homes and condos. Expertise in the USCIS E-2 Visa business investments, including consulting services in processing the applications.

Graduated from University of Guam with Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, YK has been in the Accounting field for many years. With her expertise in tax and bookkeeping, she is committed to work hard as a new agent at SKY team. YK is highly motivated, detail oriented, and a skilled multitasker to achieve her goals and fulfill her clients’ needs. 

Lucy P Kwek

Real Estate Sales Agent

Meet Lucy, she has a multitude of various technical experience. She attended the KvB Institute of Technology in Sydney, Australia and is a licensed cosmetologist here on Guam! She’s lived in Australia and South Korea then to Guam for over 20 years. She is dedicated and Knowledgeable to and of the real estate market on Guam. As a member of the Sky Properties team, she will provide you the services and dedication you need to find a property that is right for you.
